Guest Instructors Danielle and Peggy Are Back!

 Guest Instructors Danielle and Peggy Forma are back on November 13th!  Here are their class descriptions again along with  some images.   Both projects are in store and available for a closer look.  They're just spectacular!  

"It's the Little Things" Mini Album, 9am-1pm .  Join Danielle and make this adorable accordian fold mini album from start to finish.  You’ll learn how to create the book from recycled paper rolls and many other techniques including Tim Holtz’s tattered flower technique!  $40 non-refundable class fee.

 

 

 Holiday Woven Album – Saturday, Nov. 13, 2-6pm   - Taught by Peggy Forma

Weave your way into a book filled with wonderful memories of this or past holiday seasons. Your “woven” cover also includes berries and a box to store some trinkets or wishes. The book is filled with a plethora of black, red, gold and white papers from basic grey, graphic 45 and bazzill specialty papers. You will make some flowers and even make your own paper! There are ribbons and pompoms and buttons and lots of vintage goodies.  $50  non-refundable class fee.

 Do not miss this class that is sure to “weave” a special place in your heart and your home.  (Your title can read “holiday memories” – please tell Tracie when you register.)  Besides regular supplies please bring the following:

Embroidery needle; paper piercer; glue stick (a large one, preferably UHU); fired brick distress ink; self-healing mat (glass is best); exact-o knife; two paint brushes; brayer; Glossy Accents.

oooh la la Lavish Trims

Okay, so I am still excited about the new goodies that came yesterday because I am still receiving!  Tim Holtz's Lavish Trimmings are everything I expected.  Just beautiful.  The Configurations boxes are here, too.  These are amazing canvases that are ready to be made divine. 

Time to start decorating!

Winter Sizzix Release Is Here!

Sizzix has arrived... box one contains the Tim Holtz No. 8 Tag die, tons of embossing folders for Christmas , Snow Flurry Borders...Reindeer, Snowflakes... gotta go dig some more.

 

Yard Sale Sign Ups Have Begun

The famous Clubhouse Yard Sale is back the weekend of November 6-8, 2010. 

What is it, you ask?  It's a weekend when 60+ women sell their scrapbooking, rubber stamping and other paper crafting items they no longer want at fantastic prices.  From a seller's perspective, it's out with the old and in with the new.  Sellers set their own prices and receive store credit for the items sold.  From a buyer's perspecitve, it's a bargain hunter's dream.  Where else can you find that tool you've been dreaming of having for $15 instead of $100?

The Yard Sale requires a LOT of extra staff time and store resources, so there will be a $5 fee to sell items in the Yard Sale.  There is no limit to the amount of items you can sell as long as they are paper crafting supplies. Please come to the store to review the handout we've prepared, sign up and collect your tickets.
